Landly is an intelligent career outreach platform that enables users to generate personalized cold emails, LinkedIn direct messages, follow-up messages, and reply helpers for job and internship applications. The Service also includes a resume checker, resume generator, and an outreach tracker dashboard. Landly is a tool to assist with writing and communication. We do not guarantee any employment outcomes, interview invitations, or job offers as a result of using the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information - Maintain the security of your account password - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at supportlandly@gmail.com - Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: - Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages - Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation - Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in generated content - Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service - Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access the Service - Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code - Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service - Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others - Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
Content generated by Landly using automated generation technology is provided as a starting point for your own communication. You acknowledge that: - Automated content may contain inaccuracies or errors - You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before sending it - Landly is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of automated content - Generated emails and messages belong to you, the user - You must not use generated content for deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
Landly offers the following plans: - Free: 5 emails per month at no charge - Student Pro: 5 emails per day, billed monthly at $5/month - Career Pro: Unlimited emails, billed monthly at $20/month Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting supportlandly@gmail.com.
We offer a 7-day refund policy on all paid plans. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, contact us at supportlandly@gmail.com within 7 days of your initial payment and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are not available after 7 days or for subsequent billing cycles. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
(a) Landly's intellectual property: The Landly platform, brand name, logo, design, underlying technology, and any content created by Landly (excluding user-generated content) are the exclusive property of Landly and are protected by intellectual property laws. (b) User-generated content: The emails, messages, and other content generated through the Service using your inputs belong to you. You grant Landly a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. (c) Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use this feedback without obligation to you.
The Service integrates with third-party services including OpenRouter (Generation API), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Paddle (payments), and Google (analytics and advertising). Your use of the Service is subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. Landly is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Landly may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other advertising partners. These advertisements help support the free tier of the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the display of such advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that: - The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure - Automated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose - The Service will meet your specific requirements - Any errors in the Service will be corrected
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LANDLY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LANDLY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Landly and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
